Personal data responsibility

Lundhags Skomakarna AB (“Lundhags”) is responsible for handling the personal data (e.g. name, address, phone number and email) on this website (“the Website”), and for processing the personal data you provide to the Website. Lundhags protects your privacy and intends to always protect your personal data in the best way possible. Lundhags complies with the Privacy Law and actively works for preventing misuse and the loss of personal data. For this reason, we code data communication, physically protect the computers and use access controls and levels, among others, in order to restrict access to your personal data to those Lundhags and suppliers’ staff who require access to your data. 

By using the Website and/or providing personal data on the Website you give your consent to that Lundhags may register and use personal data in compliance with the Privacy Policy stated here.  

Personal data, marketing and ordering of information material 

Lundhags processes data that you provide to Lundhags as well as data that Lundhags or its partners collect from other sources, such as address data and updated contact information. 

Lundhags uses the data you provide on the Website for carrying out, administering and supplying the order (e.g. The Boot Book) you have placed. Your personal data can be even used for identification, administrative and statistical purposes. Lundhags processing may even include matching data, both within and outside the EU, with other registers, and your personal data may be transferred to other companies within the Lundhags group. Lundhags does not provide your personal data to third parties unless they need them for carrying out, administering and supplying your order. In this case, data can be transferred to companies and authorities both within and outside the EU and EES.

Lundhags’ processing of personal data is based on “permission marketing”. This means that we do not use your personal data for marketing unless you have given your consent. You may revoke the consent for processing your personal data at any time by contacting Lundhags. Lundhags will then erase your personal data. Consequently you may not be able to have access to information you have enquired about.

Personal data will be saved as long as it is required for processing purposes.  

Right to request information

If you want to know whether Lundhags is processing personal data about you, you can send us a signed request. Once per calendar year you are entitled to free information regarding the personal data that Lundhags is processing about you. The request has to be submitted in written. Sending an email is not sufficient. If processing the personal data constitutes a violation of the Privacy Law or if the collected data is wrong, the customer has the right to request the data to be rectified, blocked or erased.

Information about Cookies

Lundhags uses Cookies on its Website. A Cookie is a small information file that is transferred to the visitor’s computer. Cookies do not identify the visitor personally, but the web browser that is installed on the computer and is used when visiting websites. Cookies do not contain viruses and cannot destroy information on the visitor’s computer.
