The bamboo fiber is naturally antibacterial and has a good capacity for absorbing moisture from your body. Bamboo/cotton fabric is quick drying and provides a nice cooling effect.
MERINO WOOL 100%
Soft, thin, naturally breathable and high quality wool. Provides a warming and cooling effect even when wet. Merino wool has an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio and naturally controls odors without any added chemicals. Lundhags Merino wool comes from mulesing free Merino sheep in New Zeeland.

A polyamide fabric that combines low weight with excellent durability. Coated 4 times with PU for maximum waterproof durability.

75D POLYESTER DIAMOND RIP
A thin and light Polyester ripstop fabric with a tpu coating. This PU coating provides the possibility to weld materials together in order to create waterproof products.
30D CORDURA RIP
Our absolutely lightest fabric and is used for the lightest dry bags. The fabric has an outer silicone finish for water resistance and a PU coating on the inside for water-proof protection.

210D X 330D CORDURA SHADOWBOX
A Cordura fabric with very good abrasion and tear resistance. PU-coated in two stages for a durable waterproof protection.
Cellular Rubber Technology is the manufacturing technology behind Lundhags cellular rubber bottom. Cellular rubber is a yeast rubber with many micro air bubbles that provide a light and flexible material, which is completely waterproof. To describe the differences there are different versions numbered 2.0-5.0, where higher numbers represent a more stable or warmer design. The same construction is available in both Normal/Regular or Opti lasts. The new Ws versions have slightly softer soles and thinner insulation to provide a customized flex.
A further development of the proven Normal last. Built for Nordic feet with a broad base plate and high instep dimensions. Now with a straighter toe and a length adapted for extra socks.
A wider last with a lower instep to prevent the foot from sliding forward. A redeveloped toe box provides more room for the toes.
OPTI WS LAST
Opti Ws last was developed on request by our female users and is slightly narrower. Now with more room for the toes, which provides better comfort.
The insole is built from a 3 mm fiber material and has a built-in steel shank. Our strongest models use Texon T70, a fiber material with a polymer core for stability and torsional rigidity.
An extra layer of EVA with a hardness of 35 ShA is used to improve cushioning and resistance to the cold. The thickness together with the insole effects the flex of the boot. Thickness of 4 or 6 mm.
Split leather from cow is used as lining in the Certech® construction for stability and moister absorption. Thickness of 1.0 mm.
Polyurethane/polyamide microfibers provide a light, flexible material with great durability. It is used as a lining material in both Certech-constructions and 3-layer shafts in the most exposed places. Thickness 1.0 mm or 1.4 mm.
VIBRAM® TRACTION SOLE.
Our outer soles are made of Vibram®, built with EVA to provide cushioning and a rolling step. The traction pattern is found only on Lundhags’ boots and was developed together with Vibram®.
FULL GRAIN LEATHER
Full grain leather uses the best parts of the hide on the outside. Nubuck is a full grain leather that has been gently brushed to give the surface a different character. The Nubuck surface breathes better and is easier to re-impregnate. The leather is impregnated directly at the tannery and no fluorocarbons are used in the process, which takes place in a closed system. Thicknesses of 2.0-2.2 mm.
CARVALHOS® OAK LEATHER
This full grain leather has been vegetable tanned with oak bark, which is a more environmentally friendly process that does not involve chromium chemicals. Thicknesses of 2.0-2.2 mm.
PERWANGER® SPLIT LEATHER
A finer split leather from cow that is robust, has excellent breathability, is waterrepellent and hardwearing. Thicknesses of 1.8-2.0 mm.
Neoprene is used in our 3-layer shafts for stability without absorbing moisture. The material spreads impacts and protects the foot from sharp objects. Used in different layers depending on the desired effect. Thickness of 4 mm.
PORON® SLOW REBOUND
Poron is used in our most advanced 3-layer shafts to provide better stability with less weight and thickness. Through its slow rebound and cushioning effect the shaft is very stable, yet flexible. Thickness 3 mm.
Our strongest shaft is built with Neoprene to provide stability without absorbing moisture. Supple waterproof leather or Microfiber nearest the lower part of the leg. Neoprene in different thicknesses depending on the required features.Laminated together with protective full grain leather.
HEEL FIT CONTROL
An extra Neoprene or Poron cushion that covers the seam between the bottom and shaft to provide an improved heel grip and stability.
RINGS AND HOOKS
Our rings/hooks and rivets are manufactured from iron or copper/iron alloys for maximum resistance. We use a nickel-free, High Resistance Treatment to provide additional protection against corrosion.
100 % Polyamide produces a lining material with a high level of wear resistance and moisture absorption. 150g/m².
The felt in the foot beds and inner boot consists of 60% Wool, 25% Polyester and 15 % Viscose. Thickness of 5 mm.
